Duck Pocket End User Licence Agreement

Your licence permits the use of Duck Pocket to process audio in a compatible digital audio workstation (DAW), including commercial projects. Processed audio remains your material; distributing it does not incur an additional licence fee.
Installation and activation are permitted on up to three devices simultaneously. Online and offline activations share this limit. The licence has no expiry date. Updates published in your account for the purchased product are available to the licence holder.
Keys and activation files are intended for the licence holder. Sharing keys with third parties, publishing keys or installers, reselling activations or providing a single licence to multiple independent buyers is not permitted. This agreement does not prohibit actions expressly allowed by applicable law.
Available formats and supported operating systems are listed with the product description. Before buying, check that your operating system and DAW support the required format. Windows and macOS installers are provided through your account.
To activate online, enter your purchased key in the plug-in. To activate offline, copy the device code and request an activation file in Devices on the website. Issuing the file counts as one activation.
On opening, the updated plug-in checks its saved activation with the server. Lack of connectivity does not prevent an existing valid licence from working. An explicit server confirmation that the device activation has been revoked or the licence disabled removes activation. A permanent internet connection is not required.
Contact support about faults or compatibility questions. This agreement does not exclude rights provided by applicable law. Save backup copies using your DAW before changing a project.
